The Great Lakes Region Hosta Society cannot guarantee that there are no food allergens in the banquet meals.

If you have a food allergy, please indicate it on your registration form that is sent with your payment for classes.

The 2020 Banquet will offer four entrees: Beef Stroganoff, Baked Salmon With Lemon Butter Wine Sauce, Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole (Gluten Free) or  Roasted Vegetable Lasagna.

Meals include: White Cheddar Smashed Potatoes, Fruited Greens with Sweet and Sour Dressing, Baked Asparagus with Mushrooms, Rolls/Butter, and Carrot cake with Cream Cheese Icing for dessert, at $24.00 per person.

Spouses, who aren’t attending Hosta College, can join us for the banquet by selecting the Companion Banquet option when you are enrolling and including the additional $24.
